【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationcoversrequirementsandtestmethodsformaterials,dimensions,workmanship,flatteningresistance,impactresistance,pipestiffness,extrusionquality,andaformofmarkingforfolded(vinylchloride)(PVC)pipeforexistingsewerandconduitrehabilitation.1.2Pipeproducedtothisspecificationisforuseinnon-pressuresewerandconduitrehabilitationwherethefoldedPVCpipeisinsertedintoandthenexpandedtoconformtothewalloftheoriginalconduitforminganewstructuralpipe-within-a-pipe.Note18212;AnASTMspecificationfortheinstallationoffoldedPVCpipeisunderpreparationandwillbereferencedinthisspecificationwhenpublished.1.3ThisspecificationincludespipemadeonlyfrommaterialsspecifiedinSection.Thisspecificationdoesnotincludepipemanufacturedfromreprocessed,recycled,orreclaimedPVC.1.4Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.TheSIunitsgiveninparenthesesareprovidedforinformationonly.1.5Thefollowingprecautionarystatementpertainstothetestmethodportiononly,Section11,ofthisspecification:Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
