【摘要】:Theamountofwearinanysystemwill,ingeneral,dependuponanumberofsystemfactorssuchastheappliedload,machinecharacteristics,slidingspeed,slidingdistance,theenvironment,andmaterialproperties.Theprimaryvalueofthisweartestmethodliesinpredictingtherelativerankingofmaterials.Thistestmethodimposesconditionsthatcausemeasurablemasslossesanditisintendedtorankmaterialsforapplicationsinwhichmoderatetosevereabrasionoccurs.Testmaterialsshouldbereasonablyresistanttosuchabrasion.Sincethisabrasiontestdoesnotattempttoduplicatealloftheconditionsthatmaybeexperiencedinservice(forexample,abrasiveparticlesize,shape,hardness,speed,load,andpresenceofacorrosiveenvironment),thereisnoassurancethatthistestmethodwillpredictthewearrateofagivenmaterialunderconditionsdifferingfromthoseinthistestmethod.1.1Thistestmethodcoversalaboratoryprocedurefordeterminingthewearresistanceofamaterialwhenrelativemotioniscausedbetweenanabrasivecloth,paper,orplasticfilmandacontactingpinofthetestmaterial.Theprincipalfactorsandconditionsrequiringattentionwhenusingthistypeofapparatustomeasureweararediscussed.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

【摘要】:この規格は,一般の道路用材料としての加熱アスフアルト混合物用骨材及び路盤材として用いる溶融スラグについて品質,試験方法,検査,表示,報告などを規定する。備考1.溶融スラグとは,主に一般廃棄物,下水汚泥などの溶融施設において,有効利用を目的に製造される骨材である。また,溶融スラグは溶融固化物と同義語である。なお,適用範囲には,溶融施設又は別施設で磁選,粒度調整等の加I又は改質処理を行った溶融スラグも含む。なお,溶融スラグは,水砕スラグ,空冷スラグ及び徐冷スラグに分類される。ここでは,空冷スラグと徐冷スラグの両方を徐冷スラグと称する。2.ここでいう一般廃棄物の溶融固化施設から産出される溶融スラグには,自治体等が一般廃棄物の溶融固化施設で処理することを認めた指定の産業廃棄物を一般廃棄物と混合処理している場合に産出される溶融スラグを合めてもよい。
