【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletoindustrialmicrowaveheatinginstallationsusedforthepurposeofthermalapplicationsofloadscontainingwaterormoisturesuchasheating,dryingofpartiallyconductiveornon-conductivematerials,suchaswood,textiles,paper,foodstuffs,etc.,inbothnormalandprotectiveatmospheres,usingforexample,inertgasorvacuum.Forotherloads(forexample,plastics)thetestmethodsareunderconsideration.Thisstandardrelatestomicrowavepowergeneratorsinthefrequencyrange300MHzto6GHzcomprisinganassemblyofelectricalandmechanicaldevicesintendedforthetransferofmicrowavepowertothematerialtobetreated.Equipmentoperatingatthelowerendofthemicrowavefrequencyspectrum(i.e.between300MHzandabout600MHz)mayusevacuumtubesoralternativemicrowaveemitters.Ifthepoweroutputmeasurementsystemsspecifiedinthisstandardcannotbeappliedforparticularapplicationswithinthisfrequencyrange,thenthealternativesystemswouldbethoseofIEC1308.Themainpurposeofthisstandardistogivetestmethodsforindustrialmicrowaveenergygenerators.Duetothelargevarietyofmicrowaveheatingapplications,anyoutputpowerfiguresobtainedasaresultofthesetestsshouldnotbetakenasrepresentingtheamountofpowerthatcanbedissipatedintoaparticularproductwithinaparticularmicrowaveheatinginstallation,butincertaininstances,theoutputfigurescouldbeusedasanindi-cationofperformance.Theamountofpowerrequiredtoachieveanaimforenthalpychangeinaproductwithinafixedperiodoftimewillbedependent,forexample,ontheproduct'scomposition,theevolutionofitslossfactorwithtemperature,aswellastheconstructionoftheapplicatorsystem,thewaythegeneratorismatchedtotheproductwithintheapplicatorandtheamountofcouplingbetweengeneratorswhenmorethanoneisused.Twotypesofmicrowaveindustrialheatingequipmentexist:TypeAEquipmentwithmicrowavepowergenerators(forexample,powersuppliesplusmagnetronsorklystrons),independentoforseparablefromtheapplicators,towhichtheyprovidethemicrowavepower,forexampleviaawaveguideoracoaxialfeeder.Thisismostlythecasewhenhigh-powermagnetronsorklystronsareused.Usually,acirculatorismountedbetweenthemagnetronsorklystronsandtheapplicatortoprotectthemfromreflectedpower.TypeBEquipmentwithmicrowavepowergeneratorsdirectlycoupledtotheapplicator,i.e.insertingacirculatororawaterloadbetweenthegeneratororgeneratorsandtheapplicatoritself,becomesstructurallyimpossible.Thisstandardrelatestoequipmentnormallyoperatingundercontinuousratedconditions.
