【摘要】:Thetechniqueproducesachemical-precipitationreactionbetweenthephencyclidineoritsanaloguesandtheprecipitatingreagent.Thehabitandtheaggregationofthecrystalsformedmaybeusedtodistinguishphencyclidineoritsanaloguesfromotherdrugs.Thetechniquecanbeutilizedonphencyclidineoritsanaloguespresentineitherthesaltorfreebaseform.Thetechniquedoesnotdistinguishbetweensaltandfreebaseforms.1.1Thisguidedescribessomestandardproceduresapplicabletotheanalysisofphencyclidineanditsanaloguesusingmicrocrystaltests.1.2Theseproceduresareapplicabletophencyclidmeanditsanalogueswhicharepresentinsoliddosageformorinaliquidform.Theyarenottypicallyapplicabletotheanalysisofphencyclidineanditsanaloguesinbiologicalsamples.1.3Thisguideoffersanorganizedcollectionofinformationoraseriesofoptionsanddoesnotrecommendaspecificcourseofaction.Thisdocumentcannotreplaceeducationorexperienceandshouldbeusedinconjunctionwithprofessionaljudgment.Notallaspectsofthisguidemaybeapplicableinallcircumstances.ThisASTMstandardisnotintendedtorepresentorreplacethestandardofcarebywhichtheadequacyofagivenprofessionalservicemustbejudged,norshouldthisdocumentbeappliedwithoutconsiderationofaprojectsmanyuniqueaspects.Theword"Standard"inthetitleofthisdocumentmeansonlythatthedocumenthasbeenapprovedthroughtheASTMconsensusprocess.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
