【摘要】:ThispartofIEC62282providestheminimumrequirementsforsafetyandperformanceoffuelcellmodules.Thisstandardappliestofuelcellmoduleswiththefollowingelectrolytechemistry:-alkaline;-protonexchangemembrane(includingdirectmethanolfuelcells);-phosphoricacid;-moltencarbonate;-solidoxidefuelcellmodules.Fuelcellmodulesmightbeprovidedeitherwithorwithoutanenclosureandmightbeoperatedatsignificantpressurizationlevelsorclosetoambientpressure.Thisstandarddealswithconditionsthatcanyieldhazardstopersonsanddamageoutsidethefuelcellmodulesonly.Protectionagainstdamagetothefuelcellmodulesinternalsisnotaddressedinthisstandard,provideditdoesnotleadtohazardsoutsidethemodule.Theserequirementsmaybesupersededbyotherstandardsforequipmentcontainingfuelcellmodulesasrequiredforparticularapplications.ThispartofIEC62282isnotapplicableforroadvehicleapplications.Thisstandardisnotintendedtolimitorinhibittechnologicaladvancement.Anapplianceemployingmaterialsorhayingformsofconstructiondifferingfromthosedetailedintherequirementsofthisstandardmaybeexaminedandtestedaccordingtotheintentoftheserequirementsand,iffoundtobesubstantiallyequivalent,maybeconsideredtocomplywiththestandard.Thefuelcellmodulesarecomponentsoffinalproducts.Theseproductsrequireevaluationtoappropriateend-productsafetyrequirements.Unlessotherwisespecified,thefuelcellmodulemustbecapableofoperatingunderthefollowingambientconditions:a)altitudeupto1000m;b)aircontainingapproximately21%±1%oxygenbyvolume.Thisstandardcoversonlyuptothed.c.outputofthefuelcellmodule.ThisstandarddoesnotapplytoperipheraldevicesasillustratedinFigure1.Thisstandarddoesnotcoverthestorageanddeliveryoffuelandoxidanttothefuelcellmodule.
