【摘要】:ThisinternationalStandardspecifiesamethodfortheenzymaticdeterminationofthetotalstarchcontentofanimalfeedingstuffsandrawmaterialsforanimalfeedingstuffs.Themethodisalsoapplicabletothedeterminationofthepurityofstarch.Itisimportantthatinthesamplematrixnocomponentsarepresentwhichcontributetothemeasuredextinctionat340nm.Theanalyticalrangeofthemethodis40g/kgto1000g/kgstarch.Thestandardprocedureisapplicabletotherange200g/kgto1000g/kg.Forthelowerrange,40g/kgto200g/kg,anotherdilutionprocedureforthestandardglucosesolutionandsamplescanbeused.
