【摘要】:Thistestmethodisintendedtodeterminethevolumedistributionofporesincatalystswithrespecttotheapparentdiameteroftheentrancestothepores.Ingeneral,boththesizeandvolumeofporesinacatalystaffectitsperformance.Thus,theporevolumedistributionisusefulinunderstandingacatalystrsquo;performanceandinspecifyingacatalystthatcanbeexpectedtoperforminadesiredmanner.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationoftheporevolumedistributionsofcatalystsandcatalystsupportsbythemethodofmercuryintrusionporosimetry.Therangeofapparentdiametersofporesforwhichitisapplicableisfixedbytheoperantpressurerangeofthetestinginstrument.Thisrangeistypicallybetweenapparentporeentrancediametersofabout100and0.003m(3nm).1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyproblems,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.SpecifichazardinformationisgiveninSection8.
