【摘要】:Whenpermittedbyaspecificationortheorder,thistestmethodmaybeusedfordetectingleaksintubinginlieuoftheairunderwaterpressuretest.1.1Thistestmethodprovidesproceduresfortheleaktestingoftubingusingpneumaticpressure.Thistestmethodinvolvesmeasuringthechangeinpressureinsidethetubingovertime.Therearethreeproceduresthatmaybeused,allofwhichareintendedtobeequivalent.Itisaqualitativenotaquantitativetestmethod.Anyofthethreeproceduresareintendedtobecapableofleakdetectionand,assuch,areintendedtobeequivalentforthatpurpose.1.2Theprocedureswillproduceconsistentresultsuponwhichacceptancestandardscanbebased.ThistestmaybeperformedinaccordancewiththePressureDifferential(ProcedureA),thePressureDecay(ProcedureB),ortheVacuumDecay(ProcedureC)method.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.1.4ThevaluesstatedineitherSIunitsorinch-poundunitsaretoberegardedseparatelyasstandard.Thevaluesstatedineachsystemmaynotbeexactequivalents;therefore,eachsystemshallbeusedindependentlyoftheother.Combiningvaluesfromthetwosystemsmayresultinnon-conformancewiththestandard.1.4.1Withinthetext,theSIunitsareshowninbrackets.

【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesamethodfordeterminingthetensilestrainhardeningexponentnofflatproducts(sheetandstrip)madeofmetallicmaterials.Themethodisvalidonlyforthatpartofthestress-straincurveintheplasticrangewherethecurveiscontinuousandmonotonic(see7.4).Inthecaseofmaterialswithaserratedstress-straincurveintheworkhardeningrange(materialswhichshowthePortevin-LeChateliereffect,e.g.AIMg-alloys)theautomaticdetermination(linearregressionofthelogarithmtruestressvs.thelogarithmtrueplasticstrain,see7.7)shouldbeusedtogivereproducibleresults.
