【摘要】:ThisTechnicalReportprovidesaguidetoInternationalStandardsapplicabletomobilecranes—crawlercranes,railwaycranes,wheel-mountedcranesandanyvariationsthereofthatretainthesamefundamentalcharacteristics—andasummaryofrelatedprovisions.Specialadaptationsofthegeneraltypesofmachinecovered,whereapplicable,alsofallwithinitsscope.NOTEAccordingtotheISODirectives,Part2,theverbalformsusedtoidentifyprovisionsinanInternationalStandardare—"shall"or"shallnot",usedtoindicaterequirementsstrictlytobefollowedinordertoconformtothedocumentandfromwhichnodeviationispermitted,—"should"or"shouldnot"forrecommendations,indicatingthatamongseveralpossibilitiesoneisrecommendedasparticularlysuitable,withoutmentioningorexcludingothers,orthatacertaincourseofactionispreferredbutnotnecessarilyrequired,orthat(inthenegativeform)acertainpossibilityorcourseofactionisdeprecatedbutnotprohibited,and—"may"or"neednot",usedtoindicateacourseofactionpermissiblewithinthelimitsofthedocument.
