【摘要】:ThispartofIEC61400specifiesessentialdesignrequirementstoensuretheengineeringintegrityofwindturbines.Itspurposeistoprovideanappropriatelevelofprotectionagainstdamagefromallhazardsduringtheplannedlifetime.Thisstandardisconcernedwithallsubsystemsofwindturbinessuchascontrolandprotectionmechanisms,internalelectricalsystems,mechanicalsystemsandsupportstructures.Thisstandardappliestowindturbinesofallsizes.ForsmallwindturbinesIEC61400-2maybeapplied.ThisstandardshouldbeusedtogetherwiththeappropriateIECandISOstandardsmentionedinClause2.
