【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardisabasicstandardwhichdefinesthreedifferentmethodsformeasuringthevolumeflowrateandonemethodeachformeasuringthebasepressure,thecompressionratioandthecriticalbackingpressureofavacuumpump.Thefirstmethodformeasuringthevolumeflowrate(thethroughputmethod)isthebasicconcept,inwhichasteadygasflowisinjectedintothepumpwhiletheinletpressureismeasured.Inpractice,themeasurementofgasthroughputmaybecomplicatedorinexact.Forthisreason,twoothermethodsaredescribedwhichavoidthedirectmeasurementofthroughput.Thesecondmethodformeasuringthevolumeflowrate(theorificemethod)isusedwhenthereisverysmallthroughputoccurringatverysmallinletpressures(inthehighandultra-highvacuum).Itisbasedonmeasuringtheratioofpressuresinatwo-chambertestdomewherethetwochambersareseparatedbyawallwithacircularorifice.Thethirdmethodformeasuringthevolumeflowrate(thepump-downmethod)iswell-suitedforautomatedmeasurement.Itisbasedontheevacuationofalargevessel.Thevolumeflowrateiscalculatedfromtwopressures,beforeandafterapumpinginterval,andfromthevolumeofthetestdome.Differenteffects,suchasleakanddesorptionrates,gascoolingbynearlyisentropicexpansionduringthepumpingintervalandincreasingflowresistanceintheconnectionlinebetweentestdomeandpumpcausedbymolecularflowatlowpressures,influencetheresultsofthepressuremeasurementandtheresultingvolumeflowrate.Thechoiceoftherequiredmeasurementmethodsdependsonthepropertiesofthespecifickindsofvacuumpump,e.g.themeasurementofthecriticalbackingpressureisonlynecessaryforvacuumpumpswhichneedabackingpump.AlldatathatismeasuredonavacuumpumpbutnotdescribedinthisInternationalStandard(e.g.measurementofpowerconsumption)isdefinedinthespecificpumpstandard.
