【摘要】:ISO10110specifiesthepresentationofdesignandfunctionalrequirementsforsingleopticalelementsandforopticalassembliesintechnicaldrawingsusedfortheirmanufactureandinspection.ThispartofISO10110specifiestheindicationofthelevelofacceptabilityofsurfaceimperfectionswithintheeffectiveapertureofindividualopticalelementsandopticalassemblies.Theseincludelocalizedsurfaceimperfections,edgechipsandlongscratches.Itistobenotedthattheacceptancelevelforlocalizedimperfectionsisspecifiedtakingintoaccountfunctionaleffects(affectingimageformationordurabilityoftheopticalelement)aswellascosmetic(appearance)effects.ThispartofISO10110appliestotransmittingandreflectingsurfacesoffinishedopticalelements,whetherornottheyarecoated,andtoopticalassemblies.Itrecognizesthatpermissibleimperfectionsmaybespecifiedaccordingtotheareaaffectedbyimperfectionsoncomponentsorinopticalassemblies.

【摘要】:Thistestmethodisrecommendedforqualitycontrol,acceptancetesting;oritmayhelptodeveloporqualifyathermalsprayoperator’equipmentandprocedureortoaidindevelopingthermalspraycoatingswithimprovedadhesionandintegrity.Thistestmethodisusefulforcomparingadhesionorcohesionstrengthsofcoatingsofsimilartypesofthermalspraymaterials.Thetestshouldnotbeconsideredtoprovideanintrinsicvaluefordirectuseinmakingcalculations,suchastodetermineifacoatingwillwithstandspecificenvironmentalstresses.Becauseofresidualstressesinthermalspraycoatings,actualstrengthdependsupontheshapeoftheparticularcoatedpart.Also,inuse,acoatingmaybestressedinamorecomplexmannerthanispracticalforastandardtest.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationofthedegreeofadhesion(bondingstrength)ofacoatingtoasubstrateorthecohesionstrengthofthecoatinginatensionnormaltothesurface.Thetestconsistsofcoatingonefaceofasubstratefixture,bondingthiscoatingtothefaceofaloadingfixture,andsubjectingthisassemblyofcoatingandfixturestoatensileloadnormaltotheplaneofthecoating.Itisadaptedparticularlyfortestingcoatingsappliedbythermalspray,whichisdefinedtoincludethecombustionflame,plasmaarc,two-wirearc,high-velocityoxygenfuel,anddetonationprocessesforsprayingfeedstock,whichmaybeintheformof,wire,rod,orpowder.Note1--Thermalspraycoatingmaterialsincludeceramics,suchasmetaloxidesorcarbides,andmetals.Insomecases,acoatingisformedofdifferentspraymaterials,suchasanoxidelayersprayedontoasprayedmetal-bondinglayer.Thesubstrategenerallyisametal,butmaybeaceramic,suchasanoxideorgraphite.1.2Usuallythistestmethodisperformedatambienttemperature.Highertemperaturetestingisrestrictedbytheneedforasuitableadhesivebondingagent.Forcertainfundamentalinvestigations,itissuggestedthatverylow(cryogenic)temperaturebeused.1.3Thistestmethodislimitedtotestingthermalspraycoatingsthatcanbeappliedinthicknessgreaterthan0.015in.(0.38mm).Thelimitationisimposedbecauseanadhesivebondingagentisusedinthetest.Thosebondingagentsestablishedsofarforthismethodtendtopenetratethermalspraycoatingsandmayinvalidateresultsunlessthecoatingsarethickenoughtopreventpenetrationthroughthecoating.Furtherdevelopmentmayestablishthatthinlayersofcertaintypesofespeciallydensecoatingsmaybetestedsatisfactorily.Alternatively,newadhesivebondingagentsthatwouldallowreductionoftheminimumthicknesslimitationmaybecomeavailable.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthlimitationspriortouse.
