【摘要】:ThisBritishStandardspecifiesrequirementsforfluidresistantethylene–propylenerubbermaterialwithexcellentozoneresistancepropertiesintendedfortheproductionofitemssuchassheet,mouldingsandcertainextrusions,foruseinsealingoperationswherelowcompressionsetisofprimeimportancewhileincontactwithphosphateesterhydraulicfluidsoveratemperaturerangeofp60°Cto100°C,orwithsiliconehydraulicfluidsoveratemperaturerangeofp60°Cto130°C1).Forapplicationsincontactwithair,thematerialmaybesuitableforuseoveratemperaturerangeofp60°Cto120°C.NOTE1Materialincontactwithphosphateesterhydraulicfluidsmaybeexposedtotemperaturesupto130°Cforintermittentperiods,andmaterialincontactwithsiliconehydraulicfluidsexposedtotemperaturesupto160°Cforintermittentperiods.NOTE2Materialsandproductsmanufacturedfromthismaterialareunsuitableforuseincontactwithfuels,mineraloilbasedanddi-esteroilsandsilicatefluidsorgreasesderivedfromthem.NOTE3Furtherinformationonthesuitabilityoffluidresistantethylene–propylenerubberfordesignapplicationscanbefoundinSBACTechnicalSpecificationNo.97[1].NOTE4MarkingBSF156:2006onorinrelationtoaproductrepresentsamanufacturer’sdeclarationofconformity,i.e.aclaimbyoronbehalfofthemanufacturerthattheproductmeetstherequirementsofthestandard.Theaccuracyoftheclaimissolelytheclaimant’sresponsibility.Suchadeclarationisnottobeconfusedwiththirdpartycertificationofconformity.
